Terms
Prepaid on all orders without prior credit approval. Visa, Master Card, and American Express accepted. If paying by check please allow 7-10 days for check to clear before merchandise is shipped. For faster service wire transfers are available.
TruFit Truck Hoods, LLC will extend 30 day terms upon approval of credit. Applications for credit can be obtained by calling us at 1-800-736-4148. You can also fax your references and company information to 918-787-6617 . Please allow 7-10 business days for applications to be approved.
Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. We DO NOT accept Discover at this time. Company checks, personal checks and comp checks are accepted and will take 7-10 business days to clear before order is shipped. Money orders and wire transfers are accepted and order will ship once money is received.

Orders
All open account orders will require a Purchase Order from the customer. You can email them to info@trufittruckhoods.com or fax to 918-787-6617. If you are not sure what part you are looking for please give us a call or fill out the inquiry form and we will do our best to get the hood that is right for your truck. We inspect all our hoods before they leave our facility to ensure a quality product is delivered to you. If for any reason we have made an error on your order please call or email us immediately so we can make it right. Every customer is important to us and we appreciate your business.
Orders placed before noon central time will be processed same day if you have an open credit line with us or are paying by credit card. Wire transfers may be completed same day if transferred early enough. All other orders will ship when monies have been received.
Warranty
TruFit Truck Hoods, LLC offers a two year limited warranty on all our hoods to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If a hood needs warranty work please email your company name, hood information, date the hood was ordered/shipped, and pictures to info@trufittruckhoods.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours and take care of the repairs in a timely manner.
TruFit reserves the right to limit warranties. Warranties will not exceed the cost of defective product and do not cover hoods that have been altered in any way. If the hood does not fit after you have received it please see our returned goods policy.
Freight
Freight charges will apply for each hood shipped. We work to get the best freight rates available. Pricing for freight can be obtained by calling us at 1-800-736-4148. Please note: freight rates change weekly. All quotes are estimated at the time of inquiry and your actual shipping charges may vary. You will be charged for actual freight at the time of shipping. All shipments are F.O.B. Grove, OK.
Damaged Goods
It is our policy to make sure our products do not leave our facility without being thoroughly inspected. Once a complete inspection has been made, we package the product with care. Please inspect your order when it is received. It is your responsibility to note the bill of lading for any damages incurred during transit so we can get the hood replaced or repaired. TruFit is not responsible for concealed damages not noted on the Bill of Lading. If for any reason you find damages after the driver has left your facility you will be responsible for any and all charges to get the hood replaced or repaired. TruFit Truck Hoods, LLC is not responsible for damaged products during shipment but we will make every effort to assist you with your claim. Claims must be filed within 5 days of the original delivery date. Concealed damage claims must be filed within 15 days of the original delivery date.
Returned Goods
You must notify Trufit Truck Hoods to get an authorization for all returned goods. TruFit will not accept returns without authorization. No exceptions.
Returned goods will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% and must be returned in the same condition as it was received. (Freight damages do not qualify as a reason for returning the merchandise. See damaged goods policy).
All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns older than 30 days from delivery date with not be considered.
Credit will be issued if all protocol is followed and hood is deemed resalable when received by TruFit. TruFit Truck Hoods, LLC reserves the right to inspect the returned goods when they are received at out our facility and base refund on value of hood at the time of receipt.
